Introduction The panel manufacturing technique, coupled with the GRP
formulation and specification, provides an impervious
smooth surface which is inherently strong, resistant to
damage and chemical attack. Unlike other construction
materials, the MRC 1200 does not rely on a thin surface
coating to provide the required clean room surface finish.
The thick resin rich surface provides excellent resistance
to abrasion.
Well Proven
MRC 1200 System is a well proven and established modular
wall and ceiling system providing the highest standards
of finish and engineering performance to complement the
demands of High Technological Industries for clean, sterile
and controlled environments.
Purpose Designed
MRC 1200 System is purpose designed and not an adapted
version of office partitioning. MRC 1200 System enables
the designer and user to achieve ideal airflow movements;
allows flexibility in provision of service points; provides
a modular form of construction; layout flexibility; reusability;
speed of construction, and provides a short and long term
economic solution.
Meets International Standards
MRC 1200 System is designed to satisfy all appropriate
clean room standards complying with ISO 14644 GMP requirements
as
identified in International Regulatory Documents such
as all European GMP guidelines.
Ideal for New or Rebuild Projects
MRC System 1200 is suitable for either refurbishment of
existing buildings or for providing totally new facilities.
The material used for it's manufacture is Glass Reinforced
Polyester (GRP) having the qualities of lightness; strength;
durability; chemical resistance; consistent high quality
finish; design flexibility.
Factory Pre-finished
MRC System 1200 is factory pre-finished and is readily
transported in containers and erected anywhere in the
world. This enables consistent and very high quality installations
to be quickly achieved with very limited supervision.
The complete specification of the MRC 1200 System is available on the MRC Systems Brochure CDROM.
